Caren contacts all realtors regarding showings and collects feedback from their buyers. Contacts each seller on a weekly basis to discuss all showings. Coordinates direct mail advertising. Updates and maintains website on daily basis.

Wolfgang takes interior and exterior photos of each listing for placement on websites and colored brochures.
